Written natively in Swift 4 using Xcode 9, PLNAR uses ARkit to measure spaces accurately and quickly. After measuring, you can generate room plans viewable through the in-app file browser or exported as a PDF document. Organize your room plans into projects, identify segments as doors/openings/walls, and get data such as total square footage and perimeter. PLNAR generated 103k+ users in the first 3 weeks available, was a featured app on the App Store, and has been ranked 30th in Utilities (US) and #710 Overall (US). I also got the opportunity to fly out to Cupertino, CA and workshop the app with Apple ARKit engineers.
